Celine has a background in social work and counselling and has also been working in hospitality management for over 10 years.

She is passionate about working with high quality and ethical products, therefore choosing Proud Mary coffee and How Now milk was a no-brainer for Celine.

All pastries and treats available are locally sourced, so when you buy from our Cafe you not only support us, but also five other local business.

Celine's primary love and focus is providing speciality coffee, which is why food is outsourced and the menu kept to a minimum. The cafe offers high quality, delicious products and delivers 'hit-the-spot' snacks and light meals (think pastries, cakes, ham + cheese croissants, quiche, winter soup, summer salads).
